Reputation & Reviews
18.5 / 20
Public review signals. The Google rating is adjusted with a Bayesian prior (rating 4.0, weight 25) so a 5.0 from a handful of reviews does not outrank a 4.8 from hundreds.
| ✓ | Google rating (Bayesian-adjusted) as of 2026-09-29 [gmp1] | 6/6 |
| ◐ | Google review volume as of 2026-09-29; star histogram 1/1/1/18/452 (1★-5★) sums to the same figure. [gmp1] | 2.5/3 |
| ✓ | Review recency The newest review read is dated 2026-09-26. [gmp1] | 3/3 |
| ✓ | Clinic responds to reviews The owner replied to all 15 reviews read across three sort orders, including the 1★ (2025-03-12) and 2★ (2022-06-23) ones; the newest reply, dated 2026-09-27, answers a review of 2026-09-26. [gmp1] | 2/2 |
| ✓ | No recurring complaints Histogram 1★ 1, 2★ 1, 3★ 1, 4★ 18, 5★ 452 of 473. The one critical review (1★, 2025-03-12) describes a single visit where root canal treatment was proposed without an X-ray; no complaint repeats. [gmp1] | 2/2 |
| ✓ | No suspicious review patterns The 15 reviews read span 2022-06-23 to 2026-09-26, from accounts with 1 to 79 reviews (three Local Guides); every star level occurs and no burst of same-day reviews appears. [gmp1] | 2/2 |
| ✓ | Active Facebook presence The website's header and footer link the clinic's Facebook page (facebook.com/DrDevangJhugroo/), named after its founder; its chat button also opens Facebook Messenger. [s1] | 1/1 |
| ✗ | TripAdvisor presence TripAdvisor's own name search for "Nano Dental Clinic" returns 12 results, all in other countries and none of them this clinic; its website and Google profile link no TripAdvisor page. [s1] [ta1] | 0/0.5 |
| ✗ | Other review platforms WhatClinic's Vacoas-Phoenix directory (a single page of five practices) does not list this clinic, and neither its website nor its Google profile links any review platform. [wc1] [s1] [gmp1] | 0/0.5 |
Medical Infrastructure
11 / 15
The range of publicly documented equipment and services. This measures documented availability, not clinical quality.
| ✓ | On-site X-ray The website states that "additional x-rays may be taken in our clinic if needed for diagnosis and treatment planning"; the Google Business Profile lists "Dental radiology" as a category. [s1] [gmp1] | 2/2 |
| ? | CBCT (3D imaging) The website only asks patients to bring earlier "CBCT scans if applicable" to their first visit; it describes no CBCT scanner of its own, so on-site CBCT is not documented either way. | 0/2 |
| ✓ | Implantology "Dental Implant" has its own service description on the site; the Google Business Profile lists "Dental implants periodontist" and "Dental implants provider" as categories. [s1] [gmp1] | 2/2 |
| ✓ | Orthodontics "Braces/Invisalign" is listed among treatments. [s1] | 2/2 |
| ✓ | Oral surgery "Oral Surgery" has its own service description (tooth extraction, implant placement, periodontal surgery, wisdom tooth removal); "Wisdom Tooth Removal" and "Extractions" are also listed. [s1] | 2/2 |

| ✓ | Clear service explanations Each listed service carries an explanatory sentence (e.g. "Cosmetic Dentistry is a dental treatment that improves the appearance of patients' teeth, gums, bites, or smiles.") rather than a bare name. [s1] | 1/1 |
| ✓ | Convenient opening hours Google Business Profile hours, read 2026-09-29: Monday to Saturday 10:00-19:00, Sunday closed; open on Saturdays and until 19:00 on weekdays. [gmp1] | 1.5/1.5 |
